Not all data is necessary to submit the request; nevertheless, we can provide better assistance with a larger quantity of information. Anyway, the data marked with an asterisk are indispensable.

Purpose of treatment

All the information sent and the data requested in this form shall be treated by the staff exclusively dedicated to taking care of your request and giving you assistance. It is possible that you can be reached out to give you clarifications and answers, or to ask you further information. The contact shall take place through the indicated channels of communication.

Legal basis of treatment

The legal basis of treatment is given by Article 6, first paragraph letter B of the GDPR, namely “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.

Period of conservation of personal data

Data can be stored for a period of 12 months starting from the date of the sending of the request. The storage answers to statistics or backup purposes.

Recipients or eventual categories of recipients of personal data and data transfer extra-European Union

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when necessary to provide you with the requested feedback. Additionally, data may be processed by professionals (such as the informatics company that realized the website, etc…). Personal data will not be transferred or disclosed in extra-European countries in any way.
