Procedure for the purchase of special products

Dear Customer,

as indicated in the conditions of sale, to comply with company regulatory procedures and legal provisions regarding the sale of "weapons of war and weapons similar to them, national or foreign, or parts thereof, ammunition, military uniforms or other items intended for the armament and equipment of national or foreign armed forces" (see article 28 of the TULPS) following the submission of the Order it will be necessary to send the Seller the authorization provisions or license issued by the competent Authorities as well as the documents and information relating to the person making the purchase. Specifically, if you purchase the specifically indicated products, you must send the following documentation to the seller in advance:

• Identity document;

• The authorization provision or license.

• Authorization measure or license

The seller will verify the validation of the documentation transmitted, reserving the right to ask for any additions or to make forms of access to documents and requests from the competent authorities.

Failure to forward the aforementioned documentation or its invalidity determines the impossibility of concluding the contract and, therefore, of purchasing the products.

If you do not send the above documentation within 7 days of placing the Order, the Order will not be processed and will be canceled without further communications from the Seller.

It is therefore your obligation to consult and verify possession of the necessary documentation before placing the order.

Finally, we would like to remind you that following the purchase of particular products (e.g. bladed weapons, military uniforms belonging to national or foreign armed forces) the Customer is obliged to report their possession to the competent authorities. The seller reserves the right to request a copy of the notification.
