You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.
Right of rectification (art. 16): You have the right to request rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you and to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data.
Right, to be Forgotten (art. 17): You have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning you in the following circumstances: if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; if you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing of profiling; if the personal data have been unlawfully processed; if the personal data have to be erased to comply with a legal obligation; if the data related to web services offered to minors without consent. Erasure may occur unless the right to freedom of expression and information prevails, they need to be retained for compliance with a legal obligation or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority, for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
Right to restriction of processing (art. 18): You have the right to request from the data controller the restriction of processing if you have contested the accuracy of your personal data (for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data) or if the processing is unlawful, and you require the data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to data portability (art. 20): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format provided to us, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller where the processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority, and provided that such transmission does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to complain to the data protection authority (art. 77): Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations on data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
The exercise of the rights outlined above is subject to the limitations, regulations, and procedures established in Regulation 679/2016, which users must be aware of and adhere to.
Furthermore, in accordance with Article 12(3) of the aforementioned Regulation, the Data Controller will promptly provide the data subject with information regarding the action taken, ensuring it is communicated within one month of receiving the request. This timeframe may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity or volume of requests. The Data Controller shall notify the Data Subject of such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
