Shipment & delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Defcon 5 or its delegate.
In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft / loss, Defcon 5 undertakes to send a new product and, if it is unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's right to don't accept this new product and request the issue of a credit note relating to the product itself.

Assuming that the forwarder is responsible in anyway by the customer, Defcon 5 will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent at its warehouses.

The delivery time, purely indicative is about 3/5 working days from the date of the order, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions (or traffic in general) or by deed of the Authorities.

The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during shop hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
