Out return process

We are here to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible on www.defcon5italy.com. Our flexible return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you decide to return the product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it: intact and complete with all components and additional accessories.

Returns are completely free, and we will take care of the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise. Once the return is received at our warehouses and its condition is verified, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email.

To correctly proceed with the return of the merchandise, follow the steps indicated by the icons below in the order listed:

Fill out the return form found here, entering your details and send it. You will receive the waybill via email from us to attach to the package.

Pack the products in the same condition as you received them.

Affix the return label to the package.

Hand the package over to the courier.

Once we receive the return package and verify the condition of the items, we will proceed with the refund.
