HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Our returns process
You can decide to return or replace the products purchased on www.defcon5italy.com
up to a maximum of 18 days from delivery of the same.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unwashed, un
modified e
equipped with its tags and accessories.
All shipping costs for the possible collection of the goods to be returned will be borne by us and
consequently as well
any costs for returning the goods to be replaced, but only if they are defective.
Without prejudice
that in case of your absence when our courier passes by for collection, the shipment of the
returned will be yours
care and loading.
The following steps in order, as indicated by the cartoons below, to correctly proceed with the return of the goods:
Fill in your return form online, below, by entering your data, or download the pdf here, fill it in and send it to the email info@defcon5italy.com and wait for the waybill to be sent by us
Pack the products in their own packaging and in the same conditions in which you received them
Put the destination address on the package:

Wait for the waybill that will arrive to your e-mail from info@defcon5italy.com. Print and then paste outside the parcel the waybill.
Entrust the package to the courier and your return will be insured in theft or loss
